We bought the chair because of its high load capacity, so we expected quality goods, even the price is not the lowest.
Unfortunately, after two days it started to make horrible squeaking/squeaking noises (when one sat on it and moved around on the floor). We tried greasing all the connections, but nothing worked. The sounds were getting worse and worse, the movement of the chair could be heard in the other room through the closed door and wall, and even the neighbours below us were asking what the crazy noises were.
The other thing was that there were pre-drilled holes for the bolts on the bottom of the seat, but they didn't fit according to the instructions, so that was another negative defect.
We returned the chair, for the money we would have expected a better quality product. We ordered a proven brand of gaming chairs from another online store, which now also sells the office type of that brand.
