why all the pads on the market vent air can't be explained to me. yes, "on paper" it is more efficient to remove heat than to blow it out, and it would cool a passive building better. but... the laptop for which the pad is supposed to be is usually not a passive object - and 99% of them suck air from underneath, which when heated is vented out the sides or back.
In practice, their cooling effect is therefore rather counterproductive.
Fortunately, with a little skill, it can be fixed; you have to open the pad by releasing the mesh and turning the fans. The larger fans turn easily, for the smaller ones you'll need a drill and a 4.5-5mm drill bit (I only had 4.2 at home and it wasn't close enough) to enlarge the holes they thread onto from the other side.

an affordable plate that reduces temperature by approximately 33%
On my laptop I had 60° and now average 37°
I tested via MSI afterburner and OCCT
I advise to put it on a table rather than in the room on a bed or blanket, it cools weaker then.
I haven't had any bad experiences with it yet. wiring easy and mainly cools even if the design is not the most beautiful

It was only after half a year of use that I found this pad blowing down on the table away from the laptop. I don't know who made that shit up. Almost every laptop sucks in from the bottom and blows hot air backwards/rightwards. So the pad and laptop fans must logically argue if the laptop sucks in from the bottom, but at the same time the pad sucks in from the top and blows down. Unfortunately the direction of the blowing pad cannot be changed! Almost unusable for me!

After lifting the MBP or with a smaller notebook, it cools as it should (-7 C)
Fans are quiet for the price at all performance levels
It has a control panel in the front, whose backlight turns off on timeout
Fans can be switched on selectively
Backlight does not disturb at all
Usb is pass-through (you won't lose the usb-a port)
I didn't find a better one on alza, if it's primarily just about adjustable quiet cooling
It doesn't take much, it can be powered via usb hub without any bus overload
The grid is solid
The tongue, the front of the notebook has a good foam so it does not scratch the notebook + has a cutout so the MBP goes nicely open even when it is on it
The air flow is not particularly high
After unpacking the fan hit the LEDs, I had to fix it - no problem for me, but some people may not know how to fix it
Really cheap plastic thing that you don't want to tamper with
The design is pretty awful, it's really an ugly thing on the table (it fits maybe to the gaming setup where it is probably primarily intended anyway)
It is small enough - I have a macbook pro 15 on it and just the warmest part is already outside the grid, as well as the legs on which the MBP stands - so there is no space between the base and the notebook at all and the efficiency is reduced. Resolved by gluing 2 pieces of rubber to the corners of the base, which lifted the MBP.
Cannot be disassembled with screws, it is connected by a curved grid - almost impossible to remove without permanent damage
