Wherever possible, I choose Eternico: )
After more than four years, it still works absolutely without any problems
It has already survived even my second HP mouse for almost £2k

Compared to the MD100 it's wide, my hand rests on the whole mouse.
Great selection of DPI
lifting it isn't as comfortable, it slips a bit compared to the md100, which is narrow, so it's easier to hold.

Shape
Functions
Backlight (has to be turned off every time you switch it on (doesn't remember the state))
Stiff scroll wheel button
The forward button is placed unergonomically.

It holds well
For me, the movement wasn't smooth, so it was a nightmare to work with. I bought a different one and it's like night and day.

The mouse holds up after three years, only the wheel unfortunately every 5 steps there takes 1 step back, so I'm buying a new one. In that time it has only a small oval just under the thumb that is dinged, otherwise it is perfectly fine, the buttons hold, the cable holds, the rgb glows, the optics optify. Definitely recommend it, definitely for the price, even to try if you don't believe in a vertical mouse.

Overall satisfaction, but the instructions are inadequate. The functions of the buttons and their relation to the backlight colours are not described - a change of colour confirms a change in mouse behaviour and there is no mention of this in the manual. Backlight - switching on and off not mentioned in the instructions etc.
comfortable in the hand
it doesn't hurt my back and saves my carpals
the sensitivity setting on the mouse is great
easy installation (de facto just plugging in the USB connector
pleasant surface
acceptable price
corded - movement is more precise than the wireless version
the backlight is on by default and cannot be turned off permanently - a pain, I have to press the combination of buttons with both hands after each restart: -(
the instructions are insufficient, they write bullshit like they print with eco ink from soybeans, but how to control the buttons, the backlight, what DPI has what color backlight when confirmed, you have to read it in the discussion: -(
the size of the mouse is only a guess, I have a small hand and short fingers, I could tolerate a smaller mouse, I can't reach the wheel comfortably

After a while, it made my arm hurt..: -( But something different can suit everyone. I am very happy with the MDV490 version I wanted to try this one because it has a higher resolution. Unfortunately, it didn't work out.
