I've been satisfied with the quality of FENIX products since I bought their bike flashlight years ago. Since I have the opportunity, I decided to check the reported values in the photometric laboratory (although I only measured the luminance, not the flux). The values on the box are incredibly true to reality.
In a certified lab, I measured with a full battery:
General mode:
LOW - 173cd
MED - 700cd
HIGH - 2750cd
TURBO - 7400cd in other words, what's on the box is what you really get
