We were looking for something with a probe, hot air, and simple controls (no linking to mobile, touchscreens, etc. ). The oven is beautifully sized, the removable telescopes are welcome (our old ones started to scrub and are fixed and can't be bought anymore), great lighting, bakes excellently. We are completely satisfied. According to the stated dimensions, I was a bit worried that it wouldn't fit into my cabinet by about 5mm in height, but the required height is quite large with a margin, so it fit in without any problems after the older smaller oven. Alza offered it as unpacked, so especially with this type of device I was slightly worried about the condition, but it came very well packed (even if only shrink-wrapped), it was brought directly to the carrier from Alza (contracted I guess), he was helpful and kind, brought it home, and after unpacking the oven was exactly as from the original packaging without the slightest damage.
