I was looking for a quiet and reliable thermometer for kids and this one is perfect. It does not make any sound and the display turns red if the temperature is high. The blue LED shines on the measurement point, so it does not measure blindly. It measures reliably even over longer distances. I compared it with other thermometers and the readings were consistent, and I am equally satisfied with the temperature measurement of objects, which is reliable. In the package is a fairly large but robust case and battery. The measurement takes about 3 seconds, which can be a problem with a restless child.

I was happy with the non-contact thermometer. Measurement is easy, fast and above all quiet, which is very welcome, for example when measuring at night. The sound was only in the case of fever, when the display also changed from blue to red. They appreciate the practical case suitable for travelling or for keeping in the first aid kit so that the thermometer does not get damaged. We didn't mind the blue light, but in my opinion, more sensitive babies may find it stronger. The only downside I would see in a different temperature measurement with a classic digital thermometer under the arm. The measured temperature always varied slightly.

The thermometer measures the exact temperature, I have compared it with a classic mercury thermometer. The thermometer is quiet and thanks to the backlit display I can measure the temperature at night and I don't have to turn on the light. I don't even have to wake the kids up to take their temperature. I recommend the thermometer. Easy to use. The big advantage is that you can measure the temperature of drinks or air in addition to body temperature - simply by switching the thermometer. The battery is included and I see the 5 year warranty as a plus. The package also includes a thermometer case, which is made of hard plastic. The thermometer looks very nice. Another positive is that the display is backlit. For body temperature, if the temperature is elevated, it lights red. For measuring drinks, air, or when the temperature is not lit blue. For me a very useful helper whether for small children or adults.
