I also tried different USB C trigger/decoy plates, but none of them could negotiate the required 20V.
As a result, it is a nice (and quite expensive) 5V USB charger, nothing more.
Included is a decent 6A USB cable
It uses a proprietary charging protocol, devices using QC (Quick Charge) or PD (Power Delivery) protocols of different versions fail to negotiate the correct voltage from the charger (or in my case negotiates a maximum of 9V instead of 20V, or even does not get more than 5V)
