It cannot connect to Wifi, which uses the classic MAC Address filter. MAC Address dynamically changes, this is not compatible with this basic security feature. The washing machine still works, but you can't use WIFI, mobapp, where you can track wear and tear, maintenance needs, etc.

When turning the drum by hand, you can hear a scratching sound inside, as if a wire is rubbing against the drum. I have returned the washing machine, but I assume it is a defective piece and will probably order the washing machine again. I appreciate Alza for arranging the removal of the washing machine.
