As a turnkey solution for the casual user, it's great. I have two of them and I'm dealing with jamming on one of them, probably going to be a complaint.
Many sensors at the right price.
I added RFID chips, added more users and it works fine.
Control not only by the supplied keypad/chip, but also by mobile phone remotely.
Possibility to connect and control cameras.
Worse sensitivity to WiFi. In a place where even a bad cell phone has a decent WiFi signal, this unit has trouble connecting. So I recommend a cable connection.
The instructions are not intuitive, but getting it to work is not a big problem.

The app deserves a redesign - I don't have much faith in the quality and safety; appearance looks from pre-2010
