But I'm really pleasantly surprised by the fryer. I don't do steak or fry in it, but I do fries, roasted potatoes, vegetables and I am really impressed with the result. I didn't believe it could be done without oil. Well, okay, I always drip a little, but compared to a traditional deep fryer, where everything is submerged in oil, this is like no oil at all. It took me a while to figure out the times, but once you get the hang of it, you'll really enjoy the prepared food. So I recommend this fryer.
