I absolutely don't understand the few negative reviews, and I often have the exact opposite experience (positive reviews but my experience is negative).
In my opinion, the rice cooker is great. I was looking for a rice cooker with a ceramic pot (no teflon) for a long time and finally found one. Yes, this rice cooker isn't the biggest, but the volume is clearly described, and for me, it's actually an advantage for storage.

I was motivated to buy a better one by the fact that the Teflon started to peel off the bowl and because of the scorching I returned to the classic cooking of rice in the pot ("the old way") for some time. Rice from a proper rice cooker simply tastes better than the "old-fashioned" way. Great satisfaction, I hope it will serve for a long time and no part will break.
