A frame that's going out of the house as soon as possible. I have tried this type in my office, where it is a nice and quiet microwave.
So I bought it for my home. I immediately complained about it, saying the clock was running late and it was noisy. They fixed the clock but the noise is, no surprise, supposedly fine. Of course, if it is standing idle the outer sheet metal cover, especially at full power, rattles like an inventory in a hardware store.
Holt low-end product. High chance you'll come across low-quality crap.
