I am a long time user of dashcams, but especially Truecam. However, I was forced to buy this camera because of the failure rate of newer Truecam models, when only one in five works reliably. That's why I'll be comparing Niceboy a lot. In the end, however, there is nothing to be surprised, who knows Truecam, so here you will find more similarities, the camera itself is similar to the versions of Truecam M5 to M11 ( or how many of them there are already ), the included adapter to the car socket identical to what was previously attached to the camera Truecam H5, the software "Niceboy" is actually also very similar, even the sounds are the same, just louder, but there are certain details different. - The magnetic camera holder seems to be more durable, compared to Truecam, Niceboy is attached to the holder not by one but by two straps and they are more in the middle of the camera, so the camera does not knock so much and hopefully in the future the problem when Truecam starts to tip sideways with its own weight will be eliminated. - The GPS module is right in the base of the mount and compared to the Truecam I have to say, on heated glass it catches my GPS without any problems ( which I don't remember for several years since I replaced my old A5s with a younger one ).
- The software is indeed very similar, however it seems more polished and some bugs that Truecam has been struggling with since the beginning seem to have been fixed. - The radar announcements are nicely handled both audibly and visually, but unfortunately on verified radars I only get notified by some and only sometimes. - Diodes. Oh, those diodes. There's one poisonous blue light blinking in the front towards the window and another poisonous light next to the display, so one annoys those opposite you, the other annoys you personally. Resolved by re-taping, however some option to turn off the front one and mute the front one wouldn't hurt.
- The player recommended by the manufacturer, again identical to the Truecam H5, again works only partially and is completely useless at 4K resolution.
- Forget about accessories, unfortunately the manufacturer does not offer anything for this model, which is a pity. A second bracket like that for the other car would sting. I've been testing the camera for about a month now and everything seems to work without problems, it has its flaws, but I'm satisfied and I certainly don't regret it so far. We'll see what it holds up against the aforementioned Truecam.

The blue diode in front of the camera, somehow I didn't understand its exact purpose, with a "worse" tilt of the windscreen it can only dazzle the camera itself and I don't even comment that it shines on oncoming traffic.

Radar reporting only works sometimes and somewhere, even though radars have been detected in the same places by another camera for 5 years.
Not working recommended player with H265 codec
switching off the camera for about 10s, a bit annoying: )

I had the car camera in my car from December 2021 to September 2022. I had to put the camera on warranty after the mentioned period of time, because it started to switch itself off and on all of a sudden, there was no footage from the camera, the camera stopped recording. Unfortunately, this came at a time when I had an accident and needed a record for the police. A big disappointment for me. The camera is currently under complaint and I'm curious to know what I'll hear in 30 days. I don't want this camera in my car anymore. It wasn't functional at the time it was needed. A non-functioning in-car camera sucks.

the first complaint - the display did not work (replaced), the second complaint - the magnet held more like plastic and broke off the first time I took it off (it is said that I did it, so of course the camera does not come off by itself) after a year of su davani I would understand, but after I expected quality for the money after one ride. The third complaint - it was found that the camera does not record, so you want to deal with the insurance claim when the policeman asks you if you have a recording and you say yes and you actually only have an expensive camera in your car and that' s the end of it.
