I gave the headphones to my girlfriend for Christmas and she really likes them. pairing was very easy. On the mobile phone and without the app, you can see the charge of each headphone and the box. Immediately after you first connect the headphones, it will offer you to install the app. I had to give the shape of the headphones as both a positive and a negative because they fit well in my girlfriend's ear, although she has to adjust them in her ear occasionally when playing sports. But they don't fit in my ear at all, I can't even last half an hour with them and my ear starts to hurt.
