We'll see after the claim is settled - the fact is that I got a defective piece from the beginning. Which hasn't happened to me even with the cheapest Chinese junk.

the left earpiece does not charge at all
there's a constant chirp in the left earpiece. Which is extremely disturbing

It doesn't have LEDs to indicate the charge level of the box. The diode is only 40% orange, which is probably enough, but progression on more diodes would be better
They're pretty bulbous, so and they're slowly moving out of my ear, maybe a smaller rubber band would solve that
