Took me a while to understand that the dongle disconnected because of the app. Once it does so, you are required to go to sound definitions and change output source (which is dumb, really). A lot of people are having the same issue and writing about it online, so give it a look. After shutting down the app and putting the output source straight again, they work fairly well. The battery lasts for a surprisingly long time, the sound is very good, despite feeling a bit silent at times. Need to put my sound mixer almost to max and the headphone's to around 70% for it to be the same as my old ones (where it was enough 20%), don't really know the reason behind this. PS: at the time of writing there were only 2 reviews, one 5* and mine when I originally wrote it at 1*, yet the website kept the overall product's review at 5*; glad to know how trustworthy the overall reviews are for future reference, jeez...

The worst headset I’ve ever had. After a year’s use, every time you switch it on, you’ll hear a message saying the battery is flat – three times in a row, even though the headset is fully charged. From time to time, it decides of its own accord to switch off or disconnect, or to start pairing via Bluetooth. If this happens, you will need to plug in and unplug the wireless listening dongle. Which has been my main way of using it all along. As far as the connection is concerned, it’s just a nightmare and a real struggle. The problems aren’t linked to a single device; I’m having the same issues on two laptops and one PC. I’ve also tried a tablet and a mobile phone, and the problems occur there too. In terms of sound quality, it’s not much to write home about for the price, but it was good enough for me – and I was daft to go for a fancy brand when I could certainly have got better sound for less, or the same price, from another manufacturer.
