Absolutely horrible sound. It sounds like from headphones for 200 crowns and I'm not exaggerating (plugged through a premium sound card AE-7 and through the supplied USB sound card from Razer and the result is identical) I recognized the poor sound quality already in a stupid computer game. Then I put the music on YouTube and my fears were realized. I don't understand how the internet is full of great reviews for this product. Even my girlfriend who listens to little music immediately started laughing and wondering how the sound could be so bad with such expensive headphones. It took both of us one second of listening and we both knew it was very bad

I was really looking forward to them, I like the RAZER brand, I have a mouse from them and it's great. But these headphones are a big disappointment, I tried all the modes and not one helped me to determine the correct position of the opponent (CS: GO). I don't get the ovation for them. For the money, I would expect more than that, not a tinny obscured sound.
I'll be returning the headphones.

After my experience with the Logitech Pro X, I can say that these headphones are sonically (for gaming) better. The microphone is very similar, but this Razer microphone attenuates the surroundings better.
