I order it on Alza, I try it, it doesn't work, I immediately return it and buy the same type and model in the datart store, i.e. SAGE SJE530, I come home and it doesn't work... meanwhile, the same model arrived to my friend who ordered it from Alza... he came to me and we found out that I have a plastic wheel for switching the LOW and HIGH mode, my friend's weaning device worked. I go to Data Mart and return and buy from Bosch. In the meantime, my friend calls me to tell me that his wheel is not responding either and he is going to complain. I have to say that the juicer exceeded my expectations.
