the seatpost cannot be inserted further into the frame than the upper posts of the rear frame structure. advertised, new ram arrived and the same, advertised and resolved by refund. Taller people don't have to mind it, it was limiting for me

The main shortcoming I have experienced so far is more of a manufacturing defect, but it has been repeated in the 2 bikes I have had since Alza changed the bike. It is the dirt inside the frame that makes it impossible to insert the seatpost or I would have to grow another x cm or so: -) then I solved this with the manufacturer who was quite funny. His first suggestion was to cut the seatpost to the length he wanted. So I refused and sent it to the manufacturer. He resolved this within about a week and sent the bike back. Thanks to the experience with the bike I was returning to Alza, I tried this right away and so we had a bike in a box to send. I recommend before you start assembling the bike to try if you can insert the saddle into the frame.

TAKE CARE! Check all the connections, especially the Allen screws on the shifter and pedals. It contains a sheet where the person responsible for the assembly is signed, but it's probably a formality. !

Tento bicykel nemám ešte dlho. Stále sa spoznávame, ale zatiaľ som s týmto bicyklom veľmi spokojná. Môžem ho len odporučiť. Vhodný nielen pre mužov, ale aj pre ženy. Tento gravel má nielen pekný dizajn a farbu, ale je aj plne vhodný na jazdu po všetkých povrchoch.
Bicykel je super ľahký.
Brzdy sú presne ako potrebujete. Super. Brzdia skvele.
Jazdu si vychutnáte a užijete ako ja. Aj po cyklotrasách, po chodníkoch, v meste aj po teréne.
Odporúčam dezén na plášti kolies, ktorý je vhodný aj do terénu.
Zatiaľ nemám čo vytknúť.

I was surprised how good this bike is. Overall, exactly the bike I was expecting. A fast bike to the city. It handles curbs without a problem. For a trip to the woods, where the rest of the family is struggling on MTBs too. It runs like a tank on normal bike paths in the woods.
