I bought this to replace my approx. 9-year-old steam mop, which still worked but had no features or attachments, and it couldn't be used with any cleaner. So, I chose a model that also has a handheld version, which I'll be able to use to clean windows or the bathroom. I'm very satisfied; the product met my expectations. I also really like the design.
It can be used as a handheld cleaner (with a huge number of attachments) and as a steam mop (with an attachment for cleaning carpets).
It's quite light – I was worried it would be too heavy, but it's easy to handle.
Can be used with a cleaner that has a separate container.
Besides the hooks for winding the cable, there's also an option to click the cable into the holder – so nothing is left hanging.
Ability to adjust the steam power/intensity.
It can be braced, which means it stands up on its own without support – great for storage.
Only one sleeve in the pack, at least one more – I recommend buying at least one extra.
There could be more steam in MAX mode (it could be a bit more powerful), dried-on stains or limescale need to be cleaned repeatedly.
According to the manufacturer's information, the pads cannot be machine washed (with my old steam mop, the manufacturer allowed the pad to be machine washed at 40°C).
The cable is a bit limiting, but I understand that battery life is a problem for this type of appliance, so I get why it's a corded model.

I was pleasantly surprised by the power and the possibilities of its regulation. Excellent speed of operation after switching on. The ability to use it as a handheld steam cleaner is a big plus. The downside is more weight, but that's probably a tax on performance. There could be more sleeves in the package. The cable is annoying, but I understand that the battery version would be completely different in performance and price. The length is just right. Overall I am very satisfied with the product.

I decided to switch to a regular mop, it seems to handle it faster and less time is wasted, I expected more from the steam cleaning quality from a steam mop
It is convenient that you do not have to change and wash the cloth constantly
A little heavy mop, untamed and the biggest minus - it constantly disturbs the cable...
