The 0.6 litre jar is actually 540ml without lid (i.e. can hold so much water, completely filled to the brim, 600ml you can't get into it). With the lid on, which is not over the edge of the jar but goes inside, the maximum volume is 450ml at any one time, so you are 25% away.

You pour 300ml into the box. As soon as you want to close it, 80ml will leak out due to the recessed lid and only 220ml will remain. I'd like to change the name to 220ml. For me, this is a misleading or incomplete product description.
