I've been using Sweaty for a long time. Raspberry as a new flavour is a cool change for me, but the other flavours are great too. I did a comparison of the ingredients with other brands of electrolytes and Sweaty comes out the best for me. I take 1 bag per 1L of water. For me, the taste is ideal. My partner uses 1 bag per 0,5L and she is also satisfied. I also take the pouches with me on holidays in the tropics, where they come in handy to replenish electrolytes.
