in general I am satisfied with the kettle, and the described cons are rather light
the display on the outside is really cool and shows the current temperature
the kettle is still warm to the touch even after 10 minutes with hot water inside
heats a little slower
from the outside you can't see how much water is inside and even from the inside there is only a min and max line
