It's not the first slide from this manufacturer that doesn't fit. S21fe exactly the same. If the black frame wasn't there, it would work better.
Nothing missing in the package
The glass on the camera is fine
The black bezel is smaller than the display in every dimension
in general, the whole slide looks ~1mm smaller in height and width than it should be

It seems that the manufacturer does not test the finished product on a real device. If the glass could be increased to 103%, it would fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the glass is smaller on each side by approx. 0.5 mm than it should be. And including a black frame that hides precious pixels. Sic a few, but with such a small phone, every pixel counts.
