The operation is decently fast, the coverage/range seems slightly weaker to me, so I had to put some against the older generation in other places. The application is no longer necessary and can be run from a PC. This was the second reason, besides speed, to upgrade. Hopefully this will help someone make a decision.
Finally, it can also be set up via PC/tablet/phone and in the browser, so if someone decides to do an app update so that your devices and logged in account disappear, you can get there via the device address and see your network.
Is it possible to restart/reboot from the application (previous mesh mw6,5,3 from Tenda couldn't do this-except for the scheduled automatic restart at night)
The 50Mb speed I have on the connection is finally in the house.
Pairing/adding additional cubes is possible via a button on the back of the device
In the app, the list of connected devices will also show the connected node - previously this was not the case
The pairing buttons can be switched off (curious hands have no chance), as well as the colour indicator light
Relatively simple setup, few modes of operation. - child blocking, visitor network, ability to limit download/upload speeds for individuals
You have to try and try the location...I put it in the same place as the previous generation and lo and behold the signal was not good.
I failed to add even older mw6, mw5, mw3 devices to these mx12 (I had previously folded. )
The app requires registration and, most importantly, my old network disappeared after the update, including the option of cloud management outside the home.
Cannot be mounted on the wall(with older regular mw6,5,3 cubes it was possible. I had to make a,, shelf,, ) this may not be a problem for some.
They're quite high (may not be a problem for some)
Previously, adding mesh cubes was done by scanning the qrcode with the app - after the update, this is gone.
