I originally wanted to return the pillow but ended up keeping it. I expected it to hold the head better, but compared to cheaper alternatives it is still relatively good. The material is quite stiff, it presses a little on the head in the back. But in the end I'm quite satisfied, the cushion takes up little space and 8h flights are more bearable with it. After several trips, it still looks like new; the outer cover can be removed and washed.
