Enjoy sharp imaging
The new JVC TV model boasts a picture so sharp that it compares to a Samurai sword blade. The LCD panel display technology offers stunning 1400Hz display performance. As a result you can enjoy the clarity, sharpness and smoothness of the picture, whilst watching all types of media.
UHD TV - the ultimate in display quality
Ultra High Definition, or Ultra High Definition, is the successor of the now widely-used FullHD display. This designation is used for devices whose displays have an aspect ratio of at least 16:9 and at least one of their inputs can receive a signal at a resolution of at least 3840x2160 pixels. The result is an amazing, realistic picture experience with unprecedented sharpness and colour.
Great sound AND a great picture
The ultimate enjoyment of watching a film is not only a great picture, but also a good quality audio experience. That's why the JVC LT55VU72A is equipped with two 10W speakers that offer clean and crisp sounds thanks to Dolby Digital Plus technology.
Unrivalled tuner compatibility
The JVC LT55VU72A is equipped with all of the TV tuners that are currently in use. There will be no need to change your TV or tuner as a result of the transition to new TV technologies in the near future. The standard JVC TV tuner is a DVB-T tuner for receiving digital terrestrial broadcasting, a DVB-C tuner and a DVB-S2/S tuner for receiving satellite broadcasts.
However, there is also a DVB-T2 tuner with the HEVC H.265 codec. You will be fully prepared for the forthcoming transition to the new digital terrestrial broadcast standard.
The satellite broadcasters will certainly appreciate the SKYLINK FAST SCAN function, which makes it easy to tune into all of their channels. Even in the case of frequent channel updates, you will not need to constantly retune.
Japanese precision and elegant design
JVC TVs boast not only high-quality imaging features, but also a very elegant design that will fit every modern living room. A modern, slim design with twin standing feet, it looks fantastic. At the same time, the screen can be viewed from any angle without any problems.
Smart TV = countless possibilities
With the built-in Wi-Fi receiver , you can easily connect your TV to your home network, and you can literally see everything from all over the world. The web browser quickly and clearly displays web pages, or your favourite web apps such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter onto your TV screen. The AVS or Audio Video Share feature allows you to simply connect your home TV to other devices that support this feature. HbbTV connects digital broadband television to the TV.
