AMD Athlon A64 3500+ 64-bit HT NewCastle BOX socket 939

Revolutionary processor with a full 64-bit architecture designed for extremely powerful home computers and working in a Box packages, including certified cooler. Its architecture is based on the principle Athlon XP, but contains significant changes in the quantity and optimization, such asincrease the length of pipeline to 12, increasing the number of instructions processed within one hour bar, extension data width between L1 and L2 cache of 64 bits to 128 bits and doubling the size of Instruction and Data Translation Look-Aside Buffer.New is also support for SSE2 multimedia instructions.

Operating frequency 2200 MHz.The maximum memory throughput ensures an integrated memory controller with 64-bit data width and supporting DDR memory 400thPhysically can be addressed through an unbelievable 1 TB RAM.This, together with the use of the new system bus HyperTransport (HT) with high data throughput, running at a frequency of 800 MHz, offering maximum performance.

The processor is produced entirely new technologies using SiO - Silicon on Insulator (the location of silicon directly on dielektriku). It is equipped with 512 KB L2 Cache memory.

Installed in optimized Socket 939th capIt is against the cap Socket 940 and 754 easier and cheaper, which is positively reflected in the price of basic plates, supports two memory controller, up to 4 DIMM slots, and HyperTransport bus system with a transmission speed of up to 1 GHz.But it can not be used for multi-systems, is designed for uniprocessor computer.
