DVB-S is able to receive the MPEG-2 and DVB-S2 in MPEG-4 / H.264. The front panel is dominated by pure design panel with display and buttons that control. The numeric display shows the time, channel name and other information. With the receiver, you can make recordings to external USB drives including TimeShift (stopping, rewinding). In the menu you will find applications such as YouTube or weather. There is support for subtitle and Teletext Picture In Graphic.
The tuner is the key element of the set-top box that allows you to receive TV signals and convert them into picture and sound on your TV screen. There are several different types of tuner, including DVB-T2 (H.265/HEVC), DVB-T, DVB-S2, DVB-S, DVB-C and dual tuner. Each of these tuners is designed to receive specific types of TV signals such as terrestrial broadcast, satellite broadcast or cable TV. The dual tuner allows simultaneous reception of two different TV channels or recording one channel and watching another. With different types of tuners, you can tailor the set-top box to your TV viewing needs and preferences.
The card reader - decoding is a key component of the set-top box that allows you to decode and play back various encoded TV signals. There are several different decoding standards, including CI/CI+, Irdeto, Conax and UNI card readers that allow access to various encrypted TV channels and services. This feature is particularly useful for those wishing to watch pay or encrypted channels, as it allows access to channels by entering the correct decoding key or card. This gives you the opportunity to expand your TV options and watch a wide range of programs and content of your choice.
