BOSE QuietComfort Headphones 2nd Gen Green

The Bose QuietComfort Headphones 2nd Gen are over-ear, closed-back wireless headphones with QuietControl active noise cancellation and TrueSpatial technology. This new generation adds Immersive Audio for a wider, fuller soundstage when listening to music and watching videos, as well as updated ActiveSense technology for adaptive ambient noise management in Aware Mode. The redesigned construction features earcups with a modern, rounded shape and a wider, smoothly adjustable headband. The headphones support Bluetooth 5.4, feature six microphones, physical button controls, and a battery life of up to 24 hours, or up to 18 hours when using Immersive Audio.

QuietControl Active Noise Cancellation

The Bose QuietComfort Headphones 2nd Gen use QuietControl active noise cancellation with the ability to adjust the level of ambient sound management. Aware Mode allows you to hear your surroundings while listening, and the updated ActiveSense technology adaptively suppresses unwanted noise. The noise management system includes active and adjustable noise cancellation along with echo reduction. The headphones are equipped with a total of six microphones, and the controls are located directly on the headphones, allowing you to control volume, track playback and calls.

TrueSpatial and Immersive Audio

Bose TrueSpatial technology is focused on creating a more spacious and immersive sound. The Immersive Audio feature expands the soundstage when listening to music and watching videos. The headphones are designed to reproduce sound with a greater sense of space and fullness. Immersive Audio can be used according to your chosen listening method, and its activation affects battery life. In normal use, the battery lasts up to 24 hours, while with Immersive Audio on, it lasts around 18 hours. A full battery charge takes approximately 3 hours.

Redesigned Earcups and Headband

The second generation of QuietComfort comes with an updated look based on newly shaped earcups. The design is complemented by a wider headband with a smooth sliding mechanism for adjusting to the listener's head. The earpads fit around the ears and use removable protein leather cushioning. The entire product system measures approximately 18.5 × 23.1 × 4.7cm and weighs approximately 230g. The included carrying case allows you to store the headphones and accessories when travelling.

Bluetooth 5.4 and the Bose App

Wireless connectivity is provided by Bluetooth 5.4 along with support for Bluetooth Low Energy. The wireless range is up to 9 metres. Through the Bose app, you can adjust the headphone settings and customise their functions. Physical buttons provide direct access to basic functions while listening. The BOSE QuietComfort Headphones 2nd Gen support track switching, volume control and answering phone calls.
