BrainMax Red Light Panel BrainLight 900 Start, No flicker
Red Light Panel BrainLight 900 Start, No flicker
Until now, red light therapy has been a fringe issue for a handful of biohackers and a secret weapon of prestigious beauty and anti-age salons. Now, however, a new solution for total recovery, faster recovery from physical trauma, and boosting overall energy is available to anyone, anywhere. Red light therapy may be of interest to individuals dealing with the loss of collagen production and the increasing signs of aging, reducing overall sensitivity and pain in a natural way. The 900 START offers a 30% larger footprint and no subthreshold flicker.

How is the panel used?
At least 3 times a week (ideally once a day), expose yourself to light without clothing at a distance of 15-30 cm from the source for 5-15 minutes. If used more than once a day, sessions should be at least 6 hours apart. Wear protective eyewear during therapy. For easy use, the panel can be placed on a flat surface or simply mounted on furniture thanks to the ingenious mounting system included in the package.

How can light help against pain and inflammation?
Light therapy stimulates the internal endorphin and cannabinoid systems⁸, which have a direct effect on our perception of pain. By stimulating them properly, the body will secrete its own opiates to provide pain relief. In addition, the radiated energy converts normal water (H2O) throughout the body into the 4th state of water, H3O2 - EZ water. This water has a lower viscosity and thus can flow more quickly (in the form of water, blood and other body fluids) through our lymphatic system, bringing needed nutrients and removing unwanted toxins. This leads to a reduction in acute and chronic inflammation, thereby improving overall health¹¹.

How can light increase energy and speed up recovery?
Light therapy recharges your cell's power plants - the mitochondria - by stimulating the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Chromophores in mitochondria absorb light of red and near-infrared wavelengths, leading to an increase in cellular energy¹. As a result, muscle, tendon and cartilage regeneration is faster and muscle damage and atrophy can be prevented.
Red and near infrared light
Red and NIR light and their effect on health
Just like food and sleep, light is essential for our health. Light therapy has been used as a healing tool for more than 3,500 years. The renaissance of light therapy was started by NASA, which began using low-level-laser/light therapy (LLLT) in the 1990s for spaceflight crews as a tool to prevent bone and muscle loss. And also as a means to promote plant cultivation¹. Red light panels BrainLight PRO emit light with wavelengths of 660 (RED) and 850 nm (NIR).Red light (RED) is absorbed primarily by the skin and is used to increase collagen production, accelerate wound and scar healing, and improve the overall appearance of the skin. Near-infrared light (NIR) penetrates deeper into the tissues and is important for muscle recovery, reducing sensitivity and improving cognitive function. Just as the modern world full of unhealthy processed foods leads to chronic disease and an overall poor quality of life, so too does the lack of natural light (most of us spend most of our days indoors and in cars) contribute to poor health. Getting the right amount of light is essential for our health¹. Even the old Czech saying goes: where the sun don't go, the doctor goes. There are currently more than 50,000 clinical studies confirming the positive benefits of LLLT therapy.
