Cuisinart EM640E
The Cuisinart EM640E lever coffee machine prepares espresso and other coffee drinks from the grinding of the beans to the final extraction. The home espresso machine with 20 bar pump pressure concentrates all the key steps into one unit. It integrates a conical mill with grain hopper, assisted tamping station and extraction unit into one stainless steel body. The entire coffee brewing process is thus carried out in a single machine and the operator does not need to move the portafilter between separate devices.

Grinding, frothing and extraction with the Cuisinart EM640E
The conical stainless steel grinder grinds coffee beans in 16 degrees of coarseness directly into the portafilter. This is followed by frothing in the integrated station, which applies even pressure to the ground coffee for a consistent taste of the resulting beverage. For the extraction itself, the piston pump uses a pressure of 20 bar to promote the formation of a thick crema.
Special features and sophisticated design
The machine also prepares cold coffee using the Cold Extraction method, which extracts the flavour without high temperatures and reduces bitter tones. For the preparation of dairy specialties, the steaming nozzle forms a milk microfoam. The stainless steel design includes practical features such as front access to the water tank, a top surface for heating cups and integrated storage for accessories.
