It has a removable firebox at the bottom for easy cleaning and has 3 holders with 9 hooks for skewering meat. The temperature in the JAD TOOLS smoker can be easily regulated by means of the rotary flap for air inlet and outlet. A handy built-in thermometer makes it easy to monitor the temperature during smoking, helping to ensure a desired and tasty result.
