Logitech Harmony Elite

Logitech has given its Harmony edition the concept of a universal remote controller but with a whole new meaning. These models can control TV, radio and similar devices, but they also can handle communication with computers, thermostats, lighting, and everything that can be remotely controlled. Logitech Harmony consists of a Harmony Hub and a controller that can control virtually the entire home. Installation is very simple. Using a computer and the original software, you set up everything you need and then upload the final version straight to the controller. The Harmony Hub also works with a smart phone, from which you can control your home after installing an app.

Harmony Hub

Harmony Hub can communicate with your surroundings using IR, Bluetooth and Wifi. It is able to control almost all appliances that have these communication methods.  You can connect it to all the Harmony control components, as well as most smartphones. These will then become universal controllers.

Setting up activities

Logitech has gone so far that you can create different types of activities and customise settings for multiple appliances at once. After activating such an activity, for example, lighting will be adjusted at a specific time and music will begin to play. Others pull blinds and activate the security system. It all depends on you.
