MacBook Air 13“ M1 ENG Silver 2020
MacBook Air. Now with the M1 chip.
Super fast. Super powerful.
Apple's thinnest and lightest laptop is now also extremely powerful, courtesy to Apple's proprietary 5nm M1 chip powering a blazing-fast 8-core CPU that can handle any project. This little wonder is backed by an up to 8-core GPU to run performance-intensive apps and games. And let's not forget the 16-core Neural Engine that accelerates machine learning tasks. Behold, the new MacBook Air.
Design and durability
Up to 18 hours of battery life.
While Apple's new M1 chip represents an unprecedented leap in performance, the MacBook's battery life has increased significantly. Now you can get up to 18 hours of video playback, or 15 hours when connected via WiFi. A huge plus from a user perspective is the completely passive design. This means that the MacBook Air is completely silent even under maximum performance load.
Keyboard
Backlit Magic Keyboard.
MacBook Air 13 now has a keyboard with a butterfly mechanism, more stable keys, and faster response. The travel of individual switches is lower, so keystrokes sound quieter than before. The Force Touch Trackpad is larger, making it easier to control everything you do on the gorgeous 13.3-inch, 2,560-by-1,600-pixel display.
Mobility
The ultimate portable laptop.
The new MacBook Air weighs just 1.29kg, yet it's more than up to the task. In practice, you'll appreciate the instant sleep wake function, improved video output from the integrated FaceTime camera, or the fast WiFi 6 network connection.
Privacy
The macOS Big Sur system protects you.
Access to Macbook Air is protected by Touch ID, keeping you comfortable and secure at the same time. And with the new macOS Big Sur, you can do anything faster than before. All while maintaining maximum privacy.
