Use:
After washing your face, scoop a reasonable amount into the palm of your hand or onto a cotton pad and apply evenly over the entire face. Keep tapping until the toner is completely absorbed. Your skin will feel sufficiently hydrated after the first use, but for extremely dry areas, try the toner more than once.
