Tisztelt Alza Ügyfélszolgálat!
A megjelölt termék (EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G5) gyártói honlapján 10 év garanciát tüntetnek fel, ellenben az Alza mindössze 2 év garanciát vállal.
Ebben az esetben nem a gyártó által előírt időt kellene figyelembe venni, illetve egy esetleges 2 éven túli meghibásodás esetén milyen módon lehetne érvényesíteni a garanciális javítást/cserét?
Előre is köszönöm megtisztelő válaszukat!
Üdvözlettel,
B. Gergő
