Üdvözletem! Nem olyan régen vásároltam Önöknél egy Olympia A 230 Plus laminálógépet. Nem olyan régen elkezdte, hogy 2-3-szori laminálás után se laminálja teljesen le azt amit szeretnék, Egy rajlzap vastagságú papírrol van szó. Egy olyan kérdésem lenne, hogy sajnos a számlát nem találom,viszont a jótállási jegy az megvan. Esetleg vissza tudnám küldeni, hogy megnézzék esetleg kicseréljék? Vagy erre így már semmi esély?
