Tisztelt Alza, sajnos nem megfelelő fejet vettem és ez a fej nem kompatibilis az elektromos fogkefémmel. A csomagot felbontottam, a termékek közül egyet próbáltam rá a fogkefére. A másik három bontatlan, ebben az esetben valamilyen módon visszatudnák venni? Előre is köszönöm válaszát.
