After installing the TV, I was told that I must not turn the product on within 2 hours. So after 2 hours I turned on the TV and a while after watching I noticed some white line across half the screen. I thought it was a software bug but it was the same across all streaming platforms. Finally, I decided to write a complaint, Alza was very willing to replace the product right away, along with taking away the bad product and bringing the new product immediately. The next day, the line disappeared until now nothing similar has appeared on TV. The picture is perfect as it should be and the sound as well. One note, when I bought the product I checked the box to take the boxes with me however I don't know how it would be in the event of a claim if I need to deal with transferring the product to a branch as the TV is quite large to carry, so I would be inclined to leave them for that case (Unless alza somewhere keeps the boxes for these products to make it easier for them to carry. ) Overall, great satisfaction with the product despite a minor annoyance at the beginning. The last thing is that WebOS started to chop us occasionally after I went through about the 4th streaming platform but after the last firmware update it doesn't happen.

After 3 minutes of non-use, a power saver appears on the TV to save power while preventing pixel burn-in, which is a problem with OLED technology
Sound - I'm switching from a really old TV so for me it's an upgrade, but I'm considering a soundbar in the future.

Sound blast ( recommend but buy a soundboard)
There is probably nothing to add, we are very satisfied
It is recommended by Alza to insure, with Oled TV it happens that after 2-3 years the pixel can burn out, it is not covered by the claim, so better to insure for the next years, in case it happens, Alza will replace it with a new one or refund your money.: -)
