It lived up to expectations, only the sound is worse without the soundbar - the dialogues are not always understandable. Maybe I can still get it set up. Too bad it doesn't have Chromecast, but we hooked up an external one. There are some indications that LG will add this technology as an update. We'll see. So far we are satisfied!

Absolutely uncluttered settings, basic functions like e.g. Sorting TV stations is a complicated search
The media server does not support 3/4 older formats e.g. *. avi, etc.
Side By Side screen (PIP) is useless, you can't combine TV+HDMI, TV+Netflix, HDMI+Netflix etc.
Constant dropouts with Polk soundbar (old TV with no problems)

If someone is deciding between this technology and classic LCD so get a classic LCD panel that has uniform backlighting. This TV looks like it's halfway between LCD and OLED but it's definitely not. If you're deciding between OLED and this TV, make sure you pay extra for OLED and you won't regret it. I don't recommend it.
Great for gaming, high refresh rate and gaming menus tailored for gaming.
Support for game streaming apps like Geforce Now and Xbox cloud gaming.
Sound passable for built-in speakers.
Awful backlight bleed.
Dimming zones are very visible which only enhances the unevenly backlit panel.
Very pronounced light blooming in active zones.
