I'm very angry. This is really amateurish on Alza's part. I need the laptop badly and I don't have time to wait for a claim to go through, but for almost 15000 I would expect them to at least look at the box and write the correct information. I guess I can't expect any compensation, so I ordered 2x16GB RAM on ALZA and I'll wait to see what I actually get for the goods. For the hundreds of thousands I've already left with them, I'd expect more.
