We have been using it for almost a year now, we wanted the kettle mainly for heating artificial milk for the baby so our requirements were temperature setting and mobile phone control. The kettle has fulfilled this, but at a setting of 45° it will only heat up to 39° or 60° depending on how much water is still in the kettle. so it's never as warm as we need it to be.
