The headphones are really lightweight and comfortable with very wide earcups, I can imagine that on a smaller head they might be too loose. The tension of the leather strap is solved by 2 rubber bands and it is possible that they may "pull out" over time. However, the headphones will definitely not give the listener a headache even after wearing them for a long time. The light weight is redeemed by the plastic construction, although the plastic is very high quality. The included cables (mini XLR/3.5 jack with reduction) one straight and one coiled, do not give the impression of higher quality or durability. I suppose getting run over by a chair wheel could be fatal. But you can buy others.
The clear advantage is the huge airiness of the expression and the great separation of the instruments. It's like the listener is sitting right on the stage. The vocals are clear and intelligible throughout. The spectrum is very neutral, which is a desirable characteristic for this product. Towards the lowest frequencies, the response is uniformly diminishing, which is normal for an open design. I didn't notice the manufacturer's +3 boost on the low-end, but don't expect much below 30 Hz.
Definitely a very good product. I would say the price is a safe bet.
