the piston broke down after about three months, so the height cannot be adjusted and the chair is permanently in the lowest position
the seat cushion sits down quite quickly
when rocking the chair, it often squeaks

I've been using it for exactly a year now and I'm disappointed, I was looking for something that would last a bit, but this chair certainly doesn't.
nothing has broken compared to the other chair
relatively comfortable
when you lean back, it sways, even though it shouldn't (it is locked by a lever in the mode when it shouldn't sway)
has come all the way down and can no longer be levered up without lifting
when it is raised to a higher position and a person sits on it, it goes all the way down anyway
