The product is absolutely useless. There was no change at all, even though the earplugs were inserted correctly. On the return flight, it ended up with me having to go to the ENT for a week because of an ear problem. I only recommend this product to the same desperate people who suffer incredibly during flights and blindly believe this overpriced piece of rubbish will help them. Alternatively, I'd recommend it to people who don't know what to do with their money anymore.
Poor noise dampening

I don't often write reviews, however these earplugs have saved me a lot of trouble when flying. I suffer from ear pressure problems, which are accompanied by severe pain and, on my last few flights, temporary paralysis in half of my face. An ENT examination showed nothing, and I was only recommended medication to reduce swelling in the mucous membranes. These earplugs have eliminated the main problem and I only felt mild pain during landing.
They really work :)

It does its job and is a great help after suffering from barotrauma and when equalising pressure. With this earplug, I can travel longer distances with a sense of security.
It would be great if it provided more noise protection than 15dB. That would be absolutely perfect.
Beautiful and practical packaging
Attachment for safe insertion and removal
Excellent for equalising pressure, very helpful after suffering from barotrauma.
I feel safer and better when travelling.
Reduces noise
Only reduces noise by 15dB, so it's not suitable for really noisy environments.
The underground is very noisy, and because I'm protecting my hearing after a barotrauma, I don't travel on the underground with these earplugs due to their lower noise protection.

I always found flying quite a struggle; sometimes I felt as if my eardrums were going to burst. On the recommendation of a friend, my friend and I bought these earplugs. And they’re brilliant! Using it in combination with a nasal spray and chewing gum is brilliant. Nothing on the first take-off; on the first landing, just a slight discomfort, but no pain. The second take-off was rather uncomfortable, but I hadn’t pushed my earplugs in far enough. When we landed, I pushed them further in and slept through almost the whole landing – that’s never happened to me before. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
The pack also includes a cute little box and an applicator
Nothing, I love it.

They don’t block out much noise; ordinary 3M earplugs provide much better noise protection and cost a tenth of the price.

I’d definitely recommend it – I used to suffer from pain during take-off and landing, and this really helped me.
equalises the pressure
No pain during short flights; on long flights (12 hours), my ears are more sensitive, but not painful
