Hello, thank you for your review. A charge of only 20% in two hours does not correspond to the normal charging speed. Based on our testing, the Watch GT 6 model should fully charge in approximately 4 hours. Please contact our customer service centre with the exact watch model, the power adapter used, and how it was connected so we can investigate the cause. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert.

Unfortunately, a bad experience. It might be a faulty item, but to be honest, I wouldn't bet on it.
It charges terribly slowly
Charging is interrupted every 25 minutes
After an interruption, you must disconnect and reconnect manually

Hello, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with charging. A similar fault did not occur during our testing. The interruption to charging may be caused by a higher temperature, which activates the watch's thermal protection. Please let the watch and the charger cool down and try charging again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service centre and provide the exact model of your watch so we can look into the matter further. Thank you and have a lovely day, Ondřej - Alza expert
