Considering the price of a tablet that can bounce when dropped I'd rather invest in a higher quality holder.
It looked pretty solid before and after the purchase.
Compatible with most "normal" headrests, goes in one of our cars fine (Mercedes V) and not in the other (Subaru Outback).
On the third long ride with the iPad, it broke at the joint and the tablet flew to the ground.
When removing the spreader bar, the mechanism broke and the pen was ejected.
