Poor product quality, but good customer service from Alza I ordered the original adapter, but it had an issue. The seller offered a replacement without requiring me to return the original one and asked me to dispose of it. Unfortunately, the replacement had exactly the same issue. I then visited an Alza store, where the staff were very helpful and assisted me with filing a return/exchange request. After 2–3 days, I received a third adapter, but unfortunately, it has exactly the same problem. It keeps connecting and disconnecting repeatedly and cannot read a card. At this point, I’m going to order a different brand and request a refund. Overall, poor product quality, but excellent service and an easy replacement process at Alza.

I'll file a complaint.
It disconnects when transferring multiple files.
At best, you risk losing your nerve; at worst, your files.
