I couldn't click on the additional services regarding the removal of the old appliance, which in my opinion should be automatic for large appliances, and they didn't want to take it in the AlzaExpress delivery truck because they wouldn't have anywhere to put it and would then have problems with placement and subsequent disposal.
So I had it at home, we disassembled it, and at the very end the lady from the Alza line called me, because I was writing what I should do with the old appliance at home between the holidays and after the New Year, so it wouldn't be sitting in the hallway of my apartment.
The lady offered to take it back, so hopefully it won't be in the basement this time, where we put it in the spring.
The cooker is fine, works as it should, I just hope it will have a long life
